Delivery of Items
Delivery costs are not included in the price of items, they are charged separately and may change depending on the type of delivery selected by you, country of delivery and quantity and/or weight of the ordered items.

On a local scale - Omniva provides delivery in the territory of Latvia.
- within Latvia up to three (1-2) Business days;
- within European Union two (2) to seven (7) business days;
- United States, Canada, Australia and other countries - ten (10) to twenty one (21) business days.
* However, due to certain circumstances (holidays, delays within postal service handling operations, customs, etc.,) delivery time can be extended up to four to six weeks.
If the shipment is not delivered within two months please inform me and I will refund the payment and launch an investigation.
Return and Exchange of Items
Within 60 days as of the delivery date of the order you can return or exchange the delivered item. The item to be returned or exchanged may not be in the original packaging; however, the item may not be used or otherwise utilized – it has to be undamaged, not having lost its original appearance and value.
You can claim return or exchange of the item by sending an email message to address email@example.com. Please clearly state the reason in the email message as to why you request return or exchange of the item, as well as your name, surname, address and phone number.
Costs of delivery of the returned items shall be covered by the buyer, save for cases when wrongly delivered items or deficient items are returned.
Price of the item will be refunded within 14 days at the latest after silverringsboutique.com has received the returned item and acknowledged it to be unused and undamaged. Please bear in mind that delivery costs are not refunded.
If you return an item claiming that it has a defect, Germanrings.lv will inspect the returned item and inform you about the refund by email within a reasonable timeframe.
Upon return of the item you shall bear responsibility thereof until the item is received at the address specified by silverringsboutique.com
